 Kansas Alpaca Company is a full-time alpaca livestock business. Bonnie Samuel & Bill DeBois own KANSAS ALPACA COMPANY and are hands-on managers with several years of experience. We have grown from our small farm started several years ago in Santa Fe, NM to our present alpaca livestock business with a herd of fifty quality alpacas. We have been involved in the alpaca industry from the beginning with a commitment to the development of a superior quality national herd and fiber markets. 
Kansas Alpaca Company's breeding program produces outstanding, quality huacaya alpacas. The KANSAS ALPACA COMPANY breeding program is always evolving as we work with and learn from the leading experts in alpaca health, nutrition, genetics, physiology, reproduction and fiber. Herd management is all important as we believe that healthy, reproductively sound breeding stock matched with superior herdsires produces marketable fiber with fineness and in high volume.

Kansas Alpaca Company has been a richly rewarding endeavor for us. The alpacas are an intelligent and interesting livestock breed, easily and inexpensively maintained in comparison to other livestock. Shearing day and cria births are the most exciting as we then see the results of our herd management and breeding programs. Crias and their quality reflect breeding selection. Shearing gives us the annual test of our whole program in the quality and volume of the fiber. We maintain a comprehensive database of all aspects of herd health, breeding, fiber stats, crias, feed and nutrition.
We work with many new breeders who benefit from our alpaca livestock knowledge and many years of experience breeding alpacas and working to develop the fiber market. Complete records are provided to clients on any of sales offerings and we help new breeders find the best alpacas to match their business goals.
